Arthur Ritchie Winnington Charles of Diamond Street, Victoria, St. Mark, passed away on Thursday 19th May, 2016 at the age of 60

He was the Son of: A. B. T. Charles J.P., MBC, Father of 5 in Trinidad & Grenada including: WPC Jillan Phillip, Grand father of 9: In Grenada and Trinidad

Brother of: Jill Charles, Uncle of: Rhoden, Darlingtron, Angela in the USA and Rose in the UK, Nephew of: Jason and Valdon, Brother in law of: Val Norray

Many cousins, other relatives and close friends in the USA, UK, Trinidad and Grenada including: Desrine, Dorian, Cosmo, Jester, Matron & Staff of Mt. Gay Hospital and the Richmond Home, Snow-white, Ron, Nurse De Silver, Garson Gill, Kim, friends and neighbours of Victoria and surrounding areas

Funeral service on Friday 10th June, 2016  at 2:00 pm at the Victoria R C Church, St. Mark and interment at the Coast Guard Cemetery
