He was the Son of:Marcelina Maria Doctrine, Step Son of: Michael Doctrine, Father of: Junelle Bernard in Grenada, Dondre Weiss in Canada and Tahirah Flanders in Trinidad Brother of:Heslyn Flanders, Prison Officer Dergan Frederick, Sheldon Frederick, Sheriann Flanders in Canada and Nabil Abbu,

Brother in law of: Marcia, Sheron, Acada and Nadie, Uncle of:

Funeral servcie on Thursday 12th March at 2:00PM at the Hermitage Anglican Church and interment at the Family Cemetery, Hermitage
