Brother of: James Frank & Claudia Bethel in Petite Martinique & Francesca in the USA, Brother in law of: Kenlyn Bethel, Julita & Joycelyn Frank & Joana Roberts, Father in law of: Regina, Theresa, Juliet, Jackie, Lisa, Evon, Randolph & Carlos

Funeral Service on Thursday 14th July, 2016 at 2: 00 pm at the Sacred Heart Roman Catholic Church, Petite Martinique and Interment at the Madam Pierre Cemetery
