Anthony Lambert also known as “Haywood” of Requin, St. David who resided at Woburn, St. George, passed away on Tuesday 21st June, 2016 at the age of 60

He was the Father of: Patricia-Ann Jack, Grand Father of 5 including: Kaleb, Brother of: Charles Lambert, PC Edward Lambert, Doreen Fortune, Leslie-Ann, Richard and Sylvia Lambert, Uncle of many including: Daniel and Daniella Lambert, Marsha Henry, Dominic Fortune, Lillian and Leon Lambert, and Daniel Stanislaus

Nephew of 4 including: Mack-lyn, Lawrence and Fitzroy Thomas, His Caregivers: Agnes Julien and Edith, Many other relatives and friends including: Errol Felix, Jack family, Lambert family, Glenis Roberts, friends and neighbours of Requin and Woburn

Funeral Service on Wednesday 13th July, 2016 at 2:00 pm at the St. David’s Catholic Church and Interment at the St. David’s Catholic Cemetery
