Sheila C. Mitchell of Melrose, St George beloved daughter, sister, mother, aunt, and friend passed away on Friday December 16, 2016, at home surrounded by family. She lived her life loving everyone she met and cherished her family and friends just as much.

She is survived by her children, Robert Lessey of Canada, Esther Gaskin and Lindsay Noel of the U.S. and her only grandchild: Mitchell Baker.

She was the sister of: Andrew Mitchell and Janet Penny of Canada, Jean Thomas of Grenada, and Victor Mitchell of the U.S. Predeceased by her parents Maggie ‘Tanty’ Mitchell and Philington ‘Tan’ Mitchell, and siblings.

She was the aunt to many including: Osmond Mitchell and Robby Mitchell of Grenada, Carlyle Roberts, Debbie Mitchell and Jeffrey Mitchell of the U.S., Helen Ann Sanchez-Mitchell, Hazel Sanchez-Mitchell, Leroy Ferguson, Brian Ferguson, and Dan-Dan Thomas of Canada and the great grand aunt to many.

A memorial service will be held in Grenada West Indies in honor of our mom.
