Pamela Carol Gilbert was born in St. Georges, on August 23, 1955, to Louise Gilbert and George Pilgrim, She passed away in Brooklyn, New York, on November 15, 2017.

Left to mourn are her two daughters: Patricia Gilbert and Nekema Hunte; Sisters of: Phyllis Gomes and Persia Gilbert, Peter Gilbert, Patrick Gilbert and Paul Gilbert; Her aunts and uncles in Grenada, Joan Antoine, Gloria Wilson, Lio Johnson, Eustace Island; fifteen nieces and nephews; and nine great-nieces and nephews, She has also left to mourn many friends and sisters and brothers in Christ.
