Winston Duncan also known as “Pep e” of Grenville, Vale who resided at Happy Hill, St. George, passed away on Monday 11th December, 2017 at the age of 78

He was the Father of: Catherine Boatswain the USA and Andy in G’da, Grandfather of: Many, Brother of: Monica in St. Thomas, Pauline in the UK, Richard and Norma in the USA, Eva in Trinidad, Rita, Rupert and Jimmy in G’da, Many nieces and nephews

Many other relatives and relatives including: Dr. The Right Hon. Keith Mitchell, Kent Mitchell, Mitchell family of Happy Hill, the Duncan, Sylvester, Ed, Dufield and Forrester families of Happy Hill, friends and neihbours of Happy Hill, Belle Vue, Willis, New Hampshire and surrounding areas

Funeral service on Friday 5th January, 2018 at 2:00 pm at the Church of the Uganda Martyrs, Happy Hill, St. George and interment at the Top Fence Cemetery
