Franklyn Noel of Mirabeau, St. Andrew, passed away on Tuesday 9th January, 2018 at the age of 80

He was the Father of: Fimbar Noel in Trinidad, Glenis Roberts, Pastor Frankie Noel, Kenny Noel, Superintendent of Police Terrence Noel, Principal Paula Ann-Marie Shears, Elsa Cathy-Ann Hastick, Lecturer Terry Noel, Rachael Felix, Nichelle Noel in England and Donna Noel in Canada, Grand Father of 50 including: Deryl Noel, Abby Charles, Ronalie Thomas, Rick Hastick, Imran and Fiona Noel, Kurlyn Salhab, Natalie Stafford, Terrisa Mitchell and Gabriella Felix, Great Grand Father of: 26

Brother of: Marie Noel in Canada, Leno Ramnath in the USA, Father in law of: Randolph Shears, Andrew Hastick and Jacqueline Noel, Many Nieces and Nephews including: his dear niece Debra Henry His caregiver: Josephine Noel
