Rachael Tracy Palmer of Morne Fendue, St. Patrick, passed away on Saturday 17th March, 2018 at the age of 39

He was the mother of: Giovanni Palmer, Daughter of: Mavis and Richard Palmer, Sister of: Glenroy and David Haywood, Raydona and Raeann Palmer and Yvonne Patterson in Grenada, Oscar Palmer in the UK, Devon Palmer in the USA
