He was the Husband of: Amelia Victor, Father of: Catherine Joseph, Jacob Victor, Joan Victor and Francine Bowen in the USA, Augustine Victor also known as “Bim Bim”, Francis Hector also known as “Saga”, Joseph McQueen, Agnes Henry, Veronica Baptiste also known as “Willian”, Grand Father of many incl: Blondell and Javed Victor, Andrew Harris, Kelvin “Cocoa Short Hector” Kester “Bull Bull” Hector, Chevon Henry, Kent and Karen Baptiste, Cerissa Ottley, Hubert Philbert, John McQueen and Shadina Henry, Great Grand Father of: Amaya Victor and Amir Raymond Victor

Funeral Service on Friday 18th May, 2018 at 2:00 pm at the Church of the Uganda Martyrs, Happy Hill and interment at the Family Cemetery, Moliniere
