Brother of: Anora Charles in U.S.A and Eugina Charles in Carriacou, Uncles of many including: Tony, Julien, Victoria aka “Popo”, Sannie and Costa, Caretakers: Francis Quimima, Mary Collins, Vastine Charles and Danlyn Emmons, Dear and loyal friend Vernella Roberts
