Sylvan Densley Mitchell  -  April 15, 1943 – August 19, 2018.  Of Snell Hall /Madeys, St. Patrick, passed away at Michael Garron Hospital,  in Toronto Canada, on Sunday August 19th, 2018, at 1:45pm..

Devoted father to: Shermaine, Stefan and Irvin; grandfather to: Kalia, Brendan and Nylah.  Densley will be remembered by his relatives, extended family and friends.

Viewing at the Trull Funeral Home – “East Toronto Chapel” 1111 Danforth Avenue (one block east of Donlands subway) on Friday August 31st, 2018, from 4pm to 7pm.

Funeral Service on Saturday, September 1st, 2018 at 11am at the First United Pentecostal Church (First Church), 793 Pharmacy Avenue and Interment at 12:30pm at Pine Hills Cemetery, 625 Birchmount Road.
