Phyllis Blanche Lewis of La Fortune, St. Patrick, passed away on Monday 24th September, 2018 at the age of 86

She was the Mother of: Sharon Lewis Paul and Wendy Lewis Malcolm, Grand mother of: Kimberly Allen, Ashleigh Mitchell, Siobhan, Andrew and David Malcolm, Great grand mother of: Brandon Kelley, Sister of: Eulyn Cox, Mother in law of: Alwyn Paul, Marvin Malcolm

Many nieces and nephews incl: Lethon Herry, Ivan Abraham, Gloria, Beverly, Glorita, Ansha, Peter, Margaret, Daphne and Richard, Her Caregivers: Sylvia Moses and Angela Jones

Other relatives and friends including: Flora, the Baisden and Noel families, the Sauteurs SDA Church family, her prayer partners Sister Ruby Griffith, Brothers Desmond Andrew and Anslem Lewis, friends and neighbours of La Fortune and surrounding areas

Funeral Service on Thursday 11th October, 2018 at 2:00 pm at the Sauteurs Seventh-day Adventist Church, St. Patrick and Entombment at the Marli Cemetery
