George Franklyn Joseph Telesford, also known as “Teacher George” and “Sam”, a retired teacher of Harmony Hall, St David, passed away peacefully on Wednesday 24th April 2019 at the age of 86

He was the Husband of: Janette Telesford, Father of: Marcelle Coutain, Peter and Petra Telesford, Step Father of: Elizabeth Sergeant, Grand Father of: Jamel Coutain and Kimetra Telesford, Brother of: Ignatius Telesford and family, Angela Telesford and family, Valentine Thomas and family, Louisa Charles and family, Simon Thomas and family, Ann Braveboy and family, Agnes Telesford and family, Cyril Telesford and family, Theresa Batson and family, Ena Barker and family and Rose Williams and family

Close friend of: Sir Daniel and lady Williams, Mr. and Mrs. Julien Augustine, Mr. and Mrs. Stephen Alexis, Mrs. Gordon and Ms. Jean Ambrose, Many nieces and nephews to numerous to mention, Many other relatives and friends including: The teaching fraternity, Scouts, members of the SVP and members of the church of the Immaculate Conception and St Joseph, the Telesford, Braveboy, Thomas, Frame, Duncan and Mitchell families, other relatives and friends of Harmony Hall, Petite Esperance, Petite Bacaye, Thebaide, Victoria and other surrounding areas

Funeral service on Thursday 30th May, 2019 at 1:00 pm at the church of the Immaculate Conception and St Joseph, Petite Esperance St. David’s and Entombment at the St David’s Cemetery.
