Brother of: Bazil Philbert in Trinidad, Ruby Pope in Tortola and Beverly George in Grenada, Father in Law of: Everton Maylard, Alvin Andrews and Jeraldin Williams, Nephew of: Bartholomew Richardson, Uncle of: Margaret Modeste, Rubina Pope, Zucklyn Barry, Martha Philbert, Clarice Richardson and Johnson Philbert
