Andrew Joseph Philbert also known as “Philo” of Mt. Rose, St. Patrick, passed away on Tuesday 8th October, 2019 at the age of 60

He was the Son of: Evans Douglas in Trinidad, Brother of: Dennis and Lawrence in G’da, Dennot and Barry in the USA, Sharon Miller, Betty-Ann Panchoo, Barbara Charles and Gwendolyn Jack in G’da and Claudia Thomas in Trinidad, Step son of: Peter Johnson

Nephew of: Zephrine Panchoo and Joseph Williams, Carmen Sylvester and Gloria Jones in G’da, Millicent Jack in Trinidad and Ann Richardson in Canada, Uncle of many including: Kamesha and Atonia in the USA, Tainya, Kayelani, Mack, Akel, Adelon, Anyckah, Blossom, Akeisha, Jayde and Tevin in G’da, Grand Uncle of: Derwayne, Suzie and Serenity, Brother in law of: Marcia Philbert, Theodel Stephens, Keith Miller and Cuthbert St. Louis

Funeral Service on Tuesday 15th October, 2019 at 2:00 pm at the: Mt. Rose Seventh-day Adventist Church, St. Patrick and interment at the River Sallee Cemetery
