Brother of: Joseph Franklyn Rougier, Agatha Simon, Mary Patrice in the USA, Helen Prince in Trinidad, Father in law of: Denis Moses Best and Troy Coutain, Brother in law of: Osmond Patrice in the USA, Several nieces & nephews in G’da, Trinidad and the USA, His Caretaker: Maria Jacob
