Norma Shirley Cecilia Scoon of Hubble Bridge, Gouyave, St. John, passed away on Thursday 28th November, 2019 at the age of 79

She was the mother of: James Welsh in Canada and Richard "Ootoo" Welsh in the USA, Grand mother of: Keenan and Armanie Welsh, Sister of: Ausbert Scoon in the UK, Many nieces and nephews including: Omey Francis, Dillon Mendes, Andre & Michael Church, Sally Ann, Debbie, Roger & Geraldine Scoon, Dr. Joy Church and Jason Church

Many grand nieces and nephews including: Kieschelle and Adelle Mendes, Melvin Mansa Francis, Michael, Marcus, Camilla and Maya Church, Adrain, Annisha, Akira, Andria Church, and Annilia Frederick, Her Caregiver: Glenda Church

Many relatives and close friends including: Osbert Scoon of Mt. Nesbit, Dexter Mitchell, the Cadore and Francis families of Mt. Plaisir, friends and neighbours of Gouyave Estate, Loretto and Central

Funeral Service on Wednesday 18th December, 2019 at 2:00 pm at the St. Peter’s Catholic Church, Gouyave, St. John and Interment at the Dougladston Cemetery
