Frederick Philbert also known as “Captain Fred” who resided at Snell Hall, St. Patrick, passed away on Tuesday 17th March, 2020 at the age of 92

He was the father of: Yvonne, Sylvester and Margaret in G’da, Michael in Trinidad, Andrew and Theresa in the USA, Grandfather of: Kendall, Nigel, Lauren, Nichole, Sarah, Andrewlyn and Andrew Jr., Great grand father of: Mickel, Nyla, Nijah, Leigha and Noah

Brother of: Marian Teresa Langdon also known as “Constance Charles” in the USA

Uncle of: Debra, Eunice, Erma, Charmaine, Lynn, Liola, Lucilda, Althea, Sandra, Adrian, Ferrell, Winston and Eddie

Father in law of: John Peters and Edlyn Niles Philbert
