Nelcia Bascombe also known as “Ms. Baby” of Mardigras, St. Paul’s, who resided at Mt. Parnassus, St. George, passed away on Sunday 13th December, 2020 at the age of 93

She was the mother of: Christine Edwards, Margaret Philbert, Saline Paul, Veronica  Thompson, Theresa Sylvester and Matthew Sylvester

Grandmother of many including: Anthony, Marvin, Gimond, Rondelly and Jason Sylvester, Roxann Henry, Malisa Sandy, Shawn Mutema, Teasia Palmer and Leneisha Joseph

Great grand mother of many including: Surriah, Ronick, Lilly and Kelsey Sylvester, Kelisha Thompson, Jediael Regis, Tiffinie Palmer and Jamie Thompson, Great great-grandmother of: Olivia Thompson

Mother in law of: Raymond Philbert, Alban Thompson and Rowlston Paul, Aunt of many including: Eudine Sylvester, Elizabeth Cadore and Brian Pivotte
