Joseph John Patterson, also known as ‘Tins’, ‘Tinso’ and ‘Chill wheels’ of Lower Depradine Street, Gouyave, St. John, passed away on January 12, 2021, at the age of 83. He was a member of the Grenada Voluntary Constabulary.

He was the husband of: Doris Veronica Patterson.

He was the Father of: Daniel Roland Patterson in the USA, Sarah Phillips in Grenada, Selwyn Patterson in the UK, John and Michael Patterson in Grenada, Esther Charles in the USA and Elvis Richards in Trinidad.

Grandfather of 23 including: Louann Phillips-Henry, Kwasi, Safiya, Aswad, Michael, Nzinga and Nazim Phillips; Neasha; Atrio Ogiste; Jeiel, Jaasiel and Jasmine Patterson and Daniel McEwen, in Grenada; Jeremy Williams, Ja’Lisa Patterson, Marcus, Aaliyah, Johnathan, Azariah, Joanna and Neriah Patterson; Robin, Joshua and Maya Charles, in the USA.

Great-grandfather of ten including: Syncere, Kamron and Mavrick Patterson, in the USA; Arianna, Ariel, Aaliyah Henry; Isaiah, Adriel and Baby Phillips, in Grenada.

Brother of: Maurine Knight in the USA, Douglas Patterson in the UK, Garfield and Royston in Grenada.
