Ruth Veronica Noel also known as “Lydia Noel” of La Fortune, St. Patrick, passed away on Thursday 12th August, 2021 at the age 79

She was the mother of: Valesta Noel also know as “Val”

Grand mother of: Marlyn, Molisha, Johnny, Exekiel, Naomi, Ruth, Daniel, Aaron and Rachael, Great grand mother of: Donnel, Jordan, Aaliyah and Alinah

Sister of: Rufus and Vernon Noel

Aunt of many including: Ellen, Cynthia, Carlton, Ranroy and Elma, Sister-in-law of: Agnes Louisa Noel, Mary Celyn Noel and Withley Raeburn, Grand mother-in-law of: Nicole Noel
