Keith Francis also known as “Dr. Rat” of Munich, St. Andrew who resided at Back Street, Tempe, St. George, passed away on Tuesday 29th September, 2015 at the age of 49

He was the Son of: Joan Francis, Father of: Leron Kimmy Springle, Grand father of: Hanson Springle

Brother of: Wayne, Kelvin, Nigel and Alvin, Uncle of: Dwayne Owen, Jomara, Jamara, Kelvin, Anya and Tevin, Nephew of: Gomez, Monica, Jean and Claudette Francis, Joan Francis Cruickshank and Dian LaQua-Noel, Brother in law of: Wendy and Sheila

Gand nephew of: Lessy Felix, Close other relatives and friends including: The Francis, Felix and Noel families, Mr. Burke, NDC members, friends and neighbours Munich, Crochu, Marquis, Post Royal, Back Street Tempe, River Road and surrounding areas

Funeral service on Thursday 15th October, 2015 at 2:00 pm at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception, Church Street, St. George’s and interment at the Wilberforce Cemetery
