Walma Castillo - a well Known Seamstress of Upper Depradine Street, Gouyave, St. John, passed away on Saturday 11th June, 2022 at the age of  88

She was the Mother of: Eric Burke in the USA, Kenneth “Kie” Castillo, Lionel “Chiney” Castillo, Raphael Castillo and Ann Wilson. Step Mother of: Marilyn Balentine in Aruba, Dennis and Herbert Castillo, Adopted Mother of: Francis Abraham, Carol Ann Cenac and Judith Welsh in the USA

Grand mother of: Nicole, Brandon and Avril Burke, Kerry and Kelon Wilson and Valentine

Sister of: Joan Abraham in Grenada and Bernadette Jaffier in the USA

Aunt of many including: Nordica, Gemma, Jacqueline, Ian, Annmarie and John Abraham, Lester James, Bernard and Shirley Ann Lorainney

Mother-in-law of: Michael Wilson, Marilyn and Theresa

Many other relatives & close friends including: the Abraham family, Oril and Ingrid, Augustine family of Grand Roy and Concord, the Castillo families in England and Trinidad, Nurse Kathleen Mitchell, Elaine Dabreo and family, Members of the Gouyave Catholic Prayer Group and Mother’s Union, Staff and residents of Hill View Home of the Aged, Grencase Geriatric Care givers, friends and neighbours of Gouyave and surrounding areas

Funeral Service on Wednesday 6th July, 2022 at 1:00 pm at the St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church, Gouyave, St. John and Interment at the Dougaldston Cemetery

    To the entire family including my family, my sincere condolences on the passing of aunty Walma. Even though I am not with you physically, I am with you all virtually. My thoughts and prayers are with you all. Let us all feel comforted with all the wonderful memories we shared of our dear aunt. May she Rest In Peace. Blessings my family.
