Rita Delores Joycelyn Samuel also known as “Sister Joyce” of Grand Bay, Carriacou who resided in Brooklyn NewYork, passed away on Tuesday July 19th, 2022at the age of 89

She was the Mother of: Wilma, David, Mary and Marilyn (twins) Keith, Lloyd, Earl, Judy and Wendy

Grand mother of: 24, Great grand mother of: 21, Great great grand mother of: 2

Sister of: Norris, Cosnel, Gloria, Dennis, Alfred, Willie, Romauld, Wayne, Anthony and Stephanie

Mother in law of: Cyril Compton, Cecelia, Valarie and Janita, Sister in law of: Leworth, Francis, Cleophas, Roni, Marjorie, Beryl, Floris, Amelia, Tio, Dorothy and Angela

God mother of: Thomas Joseph and Judith, Many Nieces and Nephews, Many grand nieces and nephews,  Her Care givers Norma, Jennifer and Camille, Close friend of: Norma, Dudley, Lolita, Bridget, Andrew,Winston, Rose, Iclyn and Martha

Other relatives and friends including: Samuel and Baptiste families, Williams, Fleary, Mc Intosh and Collins families, neighbours of Grand Bay, Mt. Pleasant and Brooklyn New York too numerous to mention 

Funeral service on Monday August 15th, 2022 at  1.00 pm at the St. Patrick’s Roman Catholic Church, Hillsborough, Carriacou and interment at the Grand Bay Cemetery
