Brother of: Queenie Holder and Theresa “ MaBain” Mitchellin the USA, Claudette Marrast, Septimusn” Bu-bu-day” Holder and Evrol Holder in Grenada, Leonard Holder in Trinidad

Father-in-Law of: Many, Brother in law of: Many, Uncle of many including: Begg Holder in the USA and Tricia Holder in Trinidad

Other relatives and friends including: The Augustine family of Grand Roy, the Holderfamily of Marigot, the Tobias and Benjamin familiesof Gouyave Estate, Joseph “ Lando” Benjamin of Carriacou, Terrance Eve, Earl Wallace, Joan and David Peters and Joanne Hutchinson in Trinidad. Funeral service on Friday 13th January, 2023 at 1:00 pm at the St. Peter’s Roman Catholic Church and Interment at the Dougladston Cemetery

    My deepest condolences to my oldest friend Dorothy and first godson Gary I always hoped that we would get together again. Words can’t express my sorrow at his passing. May God give you all a double portion of his comfort and peace in this time of sorrow and Manleys memories give you all a lifetime of comfort and peace. May he Rest In Peace.

    My heartfelt condolences to The Holder family, The Agustine family, The Tobias family and to all The other families and friends....After not seeing Mandley for 40 years I saw him at my mom's funeral last October ....Life is so unpredictable.....
    To Queenie, Claudette, Septimus, Theresa ,Marie , Hilary and Bernard may you all be comforted by his memories May your Soul . Rest in Perfect Peace Mandley.??????
