Otilia Daphne Blackman also known as “Mammy Otil” & “Otto” of Vincennes, St. David, passed away on Wednesday 15th February, 2023 at the age of 95

She was the Mother of: Gemma, Jeanette and Michael in Grenada, Rev. John Blackman, Hyacinth, Dale and Gracelyn in the USA, Carl in Canada, Grand Mother of 32 including: Rockelle, Gicel, Shorna, Petra, Daniele, Kimme, Arlena, Crystal and Gary, Many great and great great grand children

Sister of: Bernadine Lett in the UK and Augustine Greenidge in Grenada, Mother in Law of: Holda, Alma and Valda, Aunt of many including: Cecil Lett, Teacher Erva, Vadlyn, Christine, Stephanie, Kennedy and Sonya Raymond, God Mother of: Michael Philbert, Stephanie Hazzard and Elma Purcell

Funeral Service on Thursday 16th March, 2023 at 1:00 pm at the St. Theresa’s Catholic Church, Vincennes, St. David and Interment at the Windsor Forest Cemetery
