Joyce Theresa Rougier also known as “Tanty Joyce” of La Mode, St. George - member of St. Vincent DePaul Society, Legion of Mary, Charismatic Prayer group and Cursillo Movement, passed away on Sunday 29th November, 2015 at the age of 82

She was the Mother of: Solomon Rougier, Many Adopted children including: Lenneth Noel, Ann “Baby” Roberts, and Lazarus “Lazo” Rougier, Grand Mother of: Nikita, Nishica, Montel, Nordel, Nigel and Niron, Step Daughter of: Tensie Rugier in the USA

Sister of: Meryl in Canada, Dr. Cecilia Rougier and Relese Finley in Grenada, Theresa “Bell” Rougier in the USA, Kenneth Francis Stephen Baptiste in Grenada, Lydol, Raphael and Pastor Errol Rougier in the USA, Benedict and Pastor Lawrence Rougier in St. Croix, Sisters and Brothers in law in: Grenada, USA, St. Croix and Canada, Many Nieces and Nephews incl: Gemma, Raymond and Karry
