Thomas Devance Webster Frank of Belmont, St. George, passed away on Saturday 26th December, 2015 at the age of 72

He was the Brother of: Cuthbert Brown also known as “Brownie” and Margaret Clarence, Uncle of many including: Sylvia also known as “Micey”, Charmaine, Sandra, Wilbur, Tony and Suzan

Other relatives and friends including: The Cox family of lower Belmont, Kirton and St. John family of Golf Course, Webster family of Brizan, Jean Smith, Erol Booze, Butters and Errol Flint, members of St. George’s Methodist Church, friends and neighbours of Belmont, Paddock, Springs, the USA and Tortola

Funeral Service on Monday 4th January, 2016 at 10:00 am at the Garden of Remembrance Funeral Chapel, Cemetery Hill, St. George according to Methodist rites and interment at the Wilberforce Cemetery
