John Bernard also known as “Ceylon Harris”, “Pa-pa Ceylo” and “Po-po Chunks” of River Lane, Gouyave, St. John, passed away on Tuesday 8th March, 2016 at the age of  83

 

He was the Father of: Willan Harris also known as “The Dogs”, Hyacinth also known as “Ya-Ya”, Alwyn also known as “Bobby, Avlyn also known as “Ceylo and Wilma Harris in Grenada, Michael Elias also known as “Pe-pe-rit” in Carriacou, Seon and Alma Lewis in Miami, Anne Stanisclaus also known as “Ceylar” and Evelyn Collins in Canada, Step Father of: Allson Collins also known as “Pe-de-cock”

 

Brother of: Betha Harris also known as “Po-Po” in Canada, Grand Father of 51 including: Avelle, Nisha, Wendy-ann, Gail, Dillon, Kevin, Jess, Kisha, Dave and Seonna, Great Grand Father of: 16, Many Nieces and Nephews including: Margaret Ferguson, Anthony Street Hopkin, Edith Tobias, Marcelle, Nicholas & Norbert Simon

 

Many other relatives and close friends including: the Harris families of Mt. Moritz, LaBorie, Grand Anse and Maran, Simon family of Maran, the James family of Grand Anse, Catherine Perrotte, Betty-Ann, Brenda, Dawn, Eton, Judith, Ivy, Carlton Pierre, friends and neighbours of Gouyave, Chantimelle, Miami, New York and Canada

 

Funeral Service on Tuesday 22nd March, 2016 at 2:00 pm at the St. Peter’s Catholic Church, Gouyave, St. John and Interment at the Dougladston Cemetery
