Joseph Anthony Victor also known as “Chiney” and “ One Hand” of  Windsor Forest, St. David, passed away on Monday 14th March, 2016 Aat the age of 53

He was the Father of:  Reginald Antoine also known as “Sticky” Son of: Denis Smart also known as “Black Out" & Catherine Dragon, Brother of: Desmond also known as “Mickey”, Meryl, Kemlyn, Jozel, Kathleen in Canada and Andris in England

Brother in Law of: Kim, Jude, Raphael Charles, Nephew of many including: Ann, Selwyn, Maria, Winnie, Omeze & Winston, Several Nieces and Nephews including: Nealon, Dwayne, Shonica, Teshanna, Tomicar

Many other relatives and friends including: Jane Dragon & family, Cecilia Lambert and family, Leno and family, Lion and Patrick Charles, Isha and the boys at the Shop, Benedict, the Dragon, Telesford and Smart families, friends and neighbours of Windsor Forest and surrounding areas

Funeral Service on Thursday 31st March, 2016 at 2:00 pm at the St. Dominic’s R C Church, St. David and Interment at the Windsor Forest Cemetery
